RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Each item is made by hand with love and care. If you are unhappy about your purchase please contact us within 24hrs of receipt of the items. In the event of any product being damaged, we will cover the cost of the postage and either refund or exchange the product for you. You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your purchased items, and items must be returned in the condition that you received them. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. A refund or exchange can be given, however we cannot refund the cost of returning the item to us, nor the original postage cost. We cannot accept returns for personalised products i.e. designs that you have approved, or that has been amended at your request. The spellings, punctuation, capitalisation etc are solely the customers responsibility and no exchanges or refunds will be offered if you supply us with the incorrect wording or spelling.
Cancellations must be made in writing direct to Sarah Becvar Design.
Gift cards cannot be refunded.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow 7-10 days processing time before a refund is received.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGE
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email HERE and we will issue you with a return address.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Please be aware that any international orders may require a customs charge and that it is the buyers responsibility to cover these costs.
